Hi there,
So I overheard someone say that by not eating carbs, you end up losing masses of weight very quickly. I am also recently signed up to a gym.
If I eat no more than 50g of carbs a day, will I lose weight? Or will the extra fat and protein bulk me out?
Obviously this isn't a quick fix, and I will be safe with this and listen to what my body needs, but I am intrigued!
Any tips from anyone?
Thanks

you will lose some water weight quickly, but there is no metabolic advantage to low carb diets.
You won't get bulky from eating more fat and protein unless you were in a caloric surplus0 -
i overheard someone say that if you apply head-on directly to the forehead, your headache will go away....0

Low carb is not for everyone. Please do plenty of research before you begin. Carbs are not the enemy. And there's no such thing as no-carb. And it's likely you'll have just as much success on a traditional diet. But for some of us, low carb eating works better for our bodies. Not because it's a magic diet.

You lose water weight in the first week, after that you start losing fat. For some people (like me) low carb is the only way to lose weight.0
