Ever faked it???

Ever faked a cell phone call to get out of a situation? I did at Sturgis last year. Was in a restaraunt on main st. and the guy behind the counter tells you the menu choices (5). I'm first in line and after he gets done with the menu reading to the group in line. He then proceeds to take the order of the guy behind me. I'm instantly annoyed and turn to tell the sob that I was ahead of him only to find out that the guy behind me was with 10 other guys and "ladies" all wearing Sons of Silence patches. Time to zip my lip, fake a phone call and discreetly exit stage left.....

    lol can't say I have, only ones to my 1 year old daughter lol, knowing my luck it would ring just as I got into full swing fake convo!

    Never faked a phone call but I've done that fake a text to avoid an awkward situation thing :smile: I was standing at the bottom of the stairs to my apartment building waiting for my husband. Ugly guy comes walking over with that I'm about to hit on you face. Out comes the phone and voila! creepy man keeps walking.
