I ate a muffin today and it was 400 calories!! This was right around dinner time so it put me at almost the 1200 recommended calories per day. I did my work outs and went for a bike ride, this put my calories down again so I had a bowl of home made chicken noodle soup for dinner. After eating this I am 260 calories under 1200 again. Is this okay since I was already near there and worked out or do I have to eat more??

It seems from what I have read on here that you need to eat your exercise calories!

slice of toast, piece of fruit and a glass of milk with put you smack on your goal. You get those calories as a bonus, don't waste them.

Have a snack before bed, but don't eat a whole lot if you're not hungry. Follow what your body tells you, but don't make a habit of not eating your exercise calories. :)
