Heavy Breakfast and Light Dinner

Is this the best way to go about doing things? I normally have a big breakfast, moderate lunch and light dinner. Is this ok? What is your eating routine like?

  • Everyone is different hun. I eat 5 to 6 times per day small meals.

    As long as you are within your calorie limits then it's fine.

    I eat (drink) a very light breakfast, light lunch, and 1-2 snacks during the day, then have a big meal with wine in the evenings. Not because I think it's "better". It's just how I like to do things.

    I do it other way around cos mornings are busy, but still lost 32lbs I don't think it makes much difference... maybe worth trying if your in a plateau to mix things up a bit?

    Total daily calories matter. How you space them out doesn't.

    Thank you all you were of great help. I'm uneasy about my weigh loss journey and want to do things as best as possible!
