High Calorie Days? LBF%

Now that my body fat is getting pretty low...in the 14% area, I've been contemplating whether or not I should be including higher calorie days so my body doesn't fight against me and hold onto everything? I'm still trying to lose a few more pounds, so on a typical dieting day I consume 1600-2000 calories, burning 400-700 through running and strength training. I've had success with refeeds in the past, but that's when I was doing the low-carb thing. Now I just do the typical runners diet. Anyone out there pretty educated on this topic that can help me out?

Well you've already touched on it, they worked in the past. So they'll likely work for you again. Refeeds do "reset" the body's leptin, ghrelin, insulin, etc, responses. They are especially handy for those of us that already have low body fat. Depending on how long you diet will determine how long your refeed will be. Some like 2 days on, 8hrs off. I do 3.5 days on, 3ish days off.
