At the end of today, I made my food diary public

Really. Really. Nervous about that. Never in my life have I made my eating diaries (I've dieted on and off my whole life) available to anyone. Usually because I'm sneaking things in with the, "Well, no one will know but me". But obviously that's been crippling my efforts. So here goes.

Also, I know I was gone a while, so I lost a lot of friends (and respect, too, I'm sure) which I totally understand, but if anyone would like to add me, I could use more accountability partners. :D

Just make sure that whomever you 'team up' with, knows to be TACTFUL, nonjudgemental and remembers that you are entitled to keeping your dignity in tact as well....

I ran into alot of really nasty people here... the only people remaining are those on my friends list who are unconditional with my beliefs, and I share the same with them....

    Keep your chin up!

Thanks for the tip! So far I haven't found any jerks, but I'll keep my eyes out O.O

Good job being honest with yourself first and foremost! It's easy to tell yourself little cheats don't matter, but they can add up so quickly. I think you will be fine. If you become friends with someone that's excessively critical or rude just delete them. They will get the message.
  • Congrats about opening it up, big step! I found it uber freeing and, surprisingly, more accountable (yes, accountable to the internets).
