Water retation?

The last week I have done really well on my exercise/ calorie balance. I have a 1200 deficit and I usually stayed 100 under that. But when I weighed today(I always weigh once a week on thursday) I had only lost .2 pounds. I was thinking that it was water... or hopefully that is it! I am going to drink tons more water today and weigh tomorrow to see what the verdict is. But right now I still have 14 calories left and then when I workout I will be like 300 under. i am worried that this could put me in starvation mode and I wont lose but I dont want to eat my exercise calories. What should I do? Do you think this is a good or bad idea?
