Getting Started from NE Ohio!!

I am new to the site and just began my work out again. I am from northeast Ohio and 41 soon to be 42 married male with a 16 year old daughter, (yep pain and suffering) and I have an 8 year old son. I have only been working out for one week but this time I feel really motivated. I have been tracking everything I eat and I am actually having a hard time eating enough during the day. I might be a side effect of my anti-depressant meds.
I am 6’2 and weighed 278. Since I started to workout I have dropped to 267. My goals are twofold. I want to get to my normal weight of 180 and then maintain a heather transition to a better more permanent diet that will keep me healthy and slim. I suffer from chemical depression and after several doctors visits I feel that my weight is now affecting my depression leaving me with little to no energy daily. That is until I began to work out. I would love to add some friends here to help each other stay motivated. Since I am here to stay focused on weight loss and getting to 180 and not here to hook up I welcome all people to be a friend, male or female and all ages but I would prefer people closer to my age but to me in the end we’re all trying to achieve our goals and we need support. I vow I will not fail this time and I will do my best to support anyone whom wants to be a friend and needs some support.
