I haven't had much luck at all when it comes to losing weight, but a friend of mine recently started her own weight loss journey and she's been doing very well so far. I asked her for some pointers. You know, besides eat less, eat better, and work out more. She told me about this site, and said it helped keep her motivated. Motivation is something I lack, which is why any attempt at weightloss in the past has not worked for me. I am hoping to change that. Maybe this will give me the motivation I need to keep going, to keep eating well and keep active.
I am 21 years old at a weight of roughly 250, and my goal is to lose 100lbs. I could really use some support to keep me going through this.
