    I don't burn anywhere near what this website and others like the zumba website calculates. I went a very long time being unable to lose weight because I was eating back all my exercise calories, except they were severely over estimated. For my Zumba class on Tue, I burned 278 calories (keep in mind it was my first and I stumbled about a bit) and tonight, only 306 for 45 minutes of Spinning class. When I run, I burn only 100 calories per mile. This is actual burn, not based on a website.

    Be cautious of these huge burn estimates, is all I'm saying.

    Ive just started doing zumba for the wii.. im soo addicted to it now.. al sites give a different calorie lost :( which sucks i guess ill have to wait and see the results happening for them selfs lol.. but ive just starting using the zumba calculator and taking that and adding it onto here so im always under my target to.. i tend to do at least a 40 min workout to an hour.. just cause its so much fun lol all the best to you xxx
