Calories in Afghani Sweet Bread (Roht)?

Does anybody know approximately how many calories in Afghani Sweet Bread called Roht? I have no clue...I had 1-1.2 ounce piece.

Have you checked in the database? I'm contantly amazed at the things I find in there! It also could be there with another spelling, it's quite common for translated names to be spelt differently.
If it's not, then think about what it is similar to (would it be like crusty italian bread, a danish pastry, naan bread etc?) then look that up in the database. Any of these will only give you an estimate, but I think it's better to have a good guess in your diary than nothing at all.
Or, you could look up a recipe online and enter it into the recipe calculator if you wanted to be more accurate.

yes, i have been trying to look in the database, but nothing as of yet...i will think of what it is similar too...thank you for the tips
