Hello !! Kind of NEW to this ??

Hello friends. My name is Anisha. I've made an account on MyFitnessPal.Com over a year ago but then failed to come back on it. The past few months have been havoc. I've gone through a lot. Now even though I've been a regular member of LA Fitness, I haven't been able to lose the weight I want to lose & need a more strict routine to follow. Thus, I decided to join back on this website, log my calories in & record what I burn at the gym. Now I do have a heart rate monitor. I'm not sure exactly how accurate it is but I'm hoping that it is pretty accurate !!

Anyways, I'm looking forward to meeting many of you, sharing stories & getting ideas from you. This is going to be the biggest motivation for me !

I'm giving myself 6 weeks to see how much weight I can lose. From April 2010-April 2011, I lost about 15 lbs. But I haven't made ANY progress since. Thus, this is why I am back on here.

Hope that I can make some new friends & share lots of inspiring stories with you all.
