    I know this sounds crazy, but google whatever you crave and sometimes seeing it makes it go away ( like food porn lol) It really helps me get through the snacking, and when I'm hungry I drink water then find out if I'm hungry or just thirsty.

    hahah. food porn. I will have to try that sometime! lol

    I'm just saying, sometimes it helps and I see hpw bad it is for me and the desire to have it goes away.

    Today was day five for me, I had stopped logging for a few months and now trying to get rid of the holiday weight gain. My day four was the worst. I ate a whole bag of m&m pretzels. It will get better after a week or so. I agree about eating more protien it will help. I find that when I eat alot of veggies in the first week it actually does make you hungrier. It did with me anyways. Stay strong and for the night time munchies, brush your teeth with cinamon toothpaste, you don't want to eat anything after that.

    Maybe up your calories a touch, you should at least eat your BMR

    I have this problem often, and I find if I limit my carbs (most keep you going back for more more more-rolls, chips, crackers, pasta....) and eat more 'heavy' healthy foods-apples, meat of some sort (tuna and chicken are good) it's not as bad. Try drinking hot tea or even hot broth-your body responds to hot foods a lot more than cold!

    Today is my first day at 2lbs per wk(1200) . I started at 1 1/2 per but changed it and its alot harder. you will still lose weight if you have a few more calories. You should start off with more then adjust after it gets a lil easier

    This happens to me also. I'd love soem tips! This week has been brutal. Planned a detox of meat and processed foods and I have had spaghetti with meat suace 2x this week.

    If it happens right at bedtime, I have been having a mint or papaya enzymes. If it is right after dinner, I have some fruit or tea. The midday ones are the ones that kill me.

    This morning or yesterday morning a friend of mine was telling me about how she won a bunch of cupcakes, and she links the sweepstakes chat to these cupcakes, but of course, they don't tell just cupcakes, but dipped marshmellow, pretzals, potato chips.. That did not bide well with me, and I ate up like 400 calories before I had even slept yet; I sleep during the day, as I work nights, to avoid confusion.
