From 43% body fat to 17%, with PICTURES!! :)

I spent years dwelling on the numbers on the scale but one thing I've really learned in the last 6 months is that there are SO many things that matter more! How you feel, look, your body fat and measurements, how strong you are or how long you can exercise without getting tired, it ALL matters. I've learned that I can't really see how far I've come on the scale but when I look at all the factors I can really understand the changes I've made!

I've used other trackers before but I'm new to MFP. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it, especially that I can add pictures to my recipes! I'd love some new friends on here though! :)
