Looking to discuss fitness plans and food

I used to work out pretty hard with a trainer and a small group. Lately I've been doing free On Demand workouts and borrowing DVDs from a friend. Sometimes I'll go for a run. I'm hoping meeting some folks will keep me motivated and provide additional accountability because I let myself go for a while and need to lose 10-12 pounds. Look forward to hearing from you.
