( bought to ruffle some feathers but eh oh well)

I understand people need encouragement and all that good stuff. But every once in a while I'm CERTAIN people need a good slap of reality. The reason your not losing weight is your eating like crap, not exercising, have a medical condition that a doctor should address or your not eating enough.

I will NEVER understand all the "patting on the back" for a continuous ( happens more then once a week) "Great burn, good job " comment on a diary with too many calories left for the day with no exercise points. Or an "exercise entry" of like 50 cals burnt.

obviously everyone is different and there could be underlying circumstances... but if this is your regular routine I don't see it being beneficial to your health or your goals.

I'm guilty of it from time to time. But know its my own doing and don't blame the food I ate or the exercise I didn't do.

Just a little rant do what you want with it. :D
