    They have sample workouts that are real workouts on the beachbody site. P90X was to intense for me however it worked at making my body tone but I would get so sore after doing the work outs eventually I just quit. I was told they had some milder workouts but I have not checked them out since I find dancing so much more fun and enjoyable.
