Getting bigger and bigger!

Enough is enough, I'm disgusted with myself for getting so big! The odd naughty treat has become the norm and now I'm three stone heavier. I could have cried yesterday when I looked through some Xmas pics.
Today is my day one! I just hope I can keep it up :( I need to loose about 60 pounds
Please add me.
