Protein Supplements - Help!!

Its been mentined by some of my MFPals that my protein levels are quite low. I'm not sure whether I should be increasing my protein by a supplement and could do with some advice....Im also not sure what difference an increase in protein will make to me.

I do 3 spinning classes a week - not a huge amount of strength training.

Has anyone any advice on what i should do in regards to my protein? Thanks!!
