Quarter-Life crisis

I'm 26, male, and sick of hating my body. Things have gotten worse over the past few years. College did a serious number on my body. I used to be more active and I felt a lot better, I want to get that back. My main goals are exercise related but I quite obviously need to improve my diet as well. I feel like I used to be able to find a better balance but I lost that somewhere in the last few years. I don't want to just get back to where I was, I want to be better.

I've started training Muay Thai kickboxing and doing power yoga. I've never been the type to get in a gym and run or lift weights, I do much better with sports and activities. Maybe with a little motivation and inspiration I can craft a better me.
