2 days in to my diet and lets just say ive not got the best willpower. I use the app fron my phone to keep track of food so dont get the forum part so helpful tips and encouragement would be great. Feel free to add me as a friend aswell. Maybe we can help eachother!

The willpower will come in time, and it really depends on how bad you want this. The first few weeks you find out how calorie rich some foods are and so on. The forums are a great place to get nutrition and exercise tips, so if you get involved you will be sure to get some motivation and reach those goals0
