Ive just read through the thing advertised on this site, has anyone brought the books and do they really work?

    I've never heard of Capella University. I guess it would be ok? Or are you referring to NetFlix?

    No, there was something advertised as Max Workout telling you exercises and things to help loose weight but i dont know if it would be worth buying so i was just wondering if anyone has tried it
