hi,
I'm older member (65) and need to lose 30 lb. I'm a dog walker and active but love those carbs! I've done the food diary for about 10 days and have found it motivating ESP b/c it has the breakdown of protein, fat, fiber etc now I need motivation to go to gym more! I would especially like to hear from older members - since metabolism slow down makes it more difficult to lose.
