300 minutes per week /12 Week challenge

I want to start a challenge on 1/8/2011 till 3/31/2011 that is 12 weeks . The challenge involves 300 minutes of exercise per week.
That is approximately 50 minutes per day.Any phyical activity is good .Who is with me ?

That is awesome I will start the thread on Sunday Jan 8th ,if we manage 300 minutes that is 5 cal per minute 1500 cals per week about .5 lb weightloss through exercise .Starting April 1st we should all be atleast a minimum of 6 lbs less that is if watch what we eat and can look forward losing weight for spring.0

Hi my fit pals tomorrow starts the 12week challenge of 300 minutes per week of exercise.
The format is ,
Week 1 SW-
Minutes of exercise done -/300
So lets start moving and getting fit for spring.Hopefully in this 12 week journey we will see good weightloss too.
