Can someone help with my food diary?

Hi everyone,

I've previously lost 56lbs by myself (only used MFP now and again...stupidly!!!) and then I got divorced and put on 12lbs!! Great! So I've joined MFP for the second time and i've really committed myself to healthier eating and exercising.
Can someone take a look at my food diary for me and see if it's ok?
I'm currently doing the 30day shred everyday and some form of cardio everyday too.
I want to lose another 38lbs by June. I hope this is possible!

    Looks great!
    Turkey is a really good source of protein & you appear to be being really accurate with your logging regarding spreads etc, and that is a really good habit to get into

    It looks like you are making some healthy food choices, but I would suggest also tracking your SUGAR and SODIUM. Sometimes packaged foods have more sugar and sodium in them than we think, and that can impact your ability to lose weight. You should also drink more water.... you need at least 8 glasses a day.
