Just passing this along... Think I'm gonna get brave tonight and try it...:happy:

Wonderful Tuna Salad
Don’t let the pineapple throw you; it’s delicious. From Prevention Healthy Cooking.
Prep Time:10 min
Start to Finish:10 min
makes:4 servings

1 can (12 oz) water-packed solid white tuna, drained
1/3 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1 can (4 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 stalk celery, finely chopped (1/3 cup)
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. In a medium bowl, mix tuna, yogurt, pineapple, celery, relish, pecans, mustard, and cinnamon.

    I do not like tuna BUT...this would also make a wonderful chicken salad as well ~ using canned or cooked & cooled chicken breast!

    p.s. I found these delightful pita pockets called Kangaroo Salad Pockets. Honey Whole Wheat are just 80 cals, 0 fat!!! Perfect for this salad sandwich!

    I'd imagine that it would be just as good with chicken! Some of the reviews from the site that I got the recipe also said that it was good with grapes instead of pineapple. Hmm. And most people said that it was best on grilled/toasted bread. Some said to decrease the amt of relish. Just gotta play with the ingredients I guess...
    Lemme know if anyone tries it !!!

    Wow! This sounds great. Sure will be a nice break from regular tuna sandwiches.
