I am curious as to what diet plans everyone is following and what are their results? I am looking to start a new diet plan this year and would like some input. I have done Atkins, Sugar busters, and the Abs diet in the past. Thank you. Hope to hear from you!

you don't need a diet.... a diet is temporary -- just make a lifestyle change and commit to eating healthy and working out -- weight loss will come with that -- it's pretty simple actually - just a lot of hard work. diet's don't work. period. because when you go back 'off the diet' you gain weight back. which is why a lifestyle change is necessary. good luck
PS I have lost 98lbs in 370 days (started january 1 2011) by doing the above -- side note - i did start out on weight watchers and it was fine - BUT it's not practical to have to convert everything into points the rest of your life. Calories are easy to count, really . especially with MFP

I totally agree. Weight Watchers is a starting point for me for learning. I like calorie counting much better
