So I have been working really hard the last 30 days and trying to make my lifestyle change but frusrated cause the scale is not moving. But today I put on boots that my hubby bought me 10 days ago in which I could not zip up at all. Today I can zip them half way up my calves! I'm so exicted. I was dancing around. We live in the frozen tundra of Ft Drum NY so snow boots are a must! I was so HAPPY!!!!
