calories gained from daily excercise

I have a pretty active job and also walk alot,i can gain quite a lot of calories from dailyy excersise im just wondering if its best not to use them on xtra eating or doesnt it matter,i usualy eat under my calories by 100 a so but just wanted to know incase i fancied going out for a meal or something.

    I wondered the same, I have been told I should eat my extra calories, which made me feel like I shouldn't bother exercising and building them up if I have to eat them! lol

    lol i know what you mean,its my first week so im trying not to eat them and just see what first weigh in on monday brings lol

    IMO, gain all you want. That way IF you feel hungry you can grad a decent snack and still come out ahead!
