I just got this book out of the library. I tried some recipes from Health Magazine from this book and they were good. I just wanted to know if other people have given this a try and how they felt on it? I've got this stubborn 10 lbs left to lose and would like to mix it up a bit.

When I started this program last year this is what I started with. It was great for me to focus on a certain way of eating. I found it very easty to follow and the weight came off consistently. I've been struggling lately and went back to my diary to see what I was doing and decided to take out the book again and follow it. It's really just healthy eating incorporating good carbs and fats and lean protein. A lot of the recipes are good and easy. i first discovered it in Health Magazines, lots of info on the site http://www.health.com/health/package/0,,20367333,00.html0

I'm not a no carb person. I have found healthier carbs and portion control work best for me.0
