I'd have posted before but I've been too busy at work to get a chance. Wednesday while waiting for a training a coworker mentioned that she started a weight loss bet with her better half, and that she started running on the treadmill. She said when she was on the treadmill she kept thinking about me and how far I've come and that weight loss is totally doable.

This is not the first time I've gotten these kind of comments, but to be honest they are the most awesome ones, better than the "WOW, you've worked hard and look good!!" Don't get me wrong, I love those too. But the idea that I can inspire people around me to get healthy is just such a high for me. I never thought I'd be that guy. The success story (and my story is still going, I've got 60-80 more to go).

Keep it up peeps, it took a long time to put it on and it takes a long time to take it off. There is no easy button, but it will happen if you will put the work in.
