Less weight loss with more exercise...

I have been trying to lose weight for about 3 months now, and am finding that even though i'm exercising 4/5 times a week for about 45 mins and sticking to my recommended calorie intake i'm barely losing weight. I know I may gain some muscle with increased exercise however i'm making sure i'm in my fat burn zone rather that muscle gaining. I don't understand why this is... does anyone else find this? any tips?
