I want to loose 7 pounds by the next time I see my boyfriend

so today is a really ****ty day. i havent made any healthy food choices and i ate a whole ball of mozzarella! why!?

i'm going back home from uni on tuesday and won't see my boyfriend again until the end of january, and i think it would be such a boost to my confidence if i was to loose 7 pounds by the next time i see him. i'm going to think of tuesday as YET ANOTHER fresh start and really really stick to it this time.

    Looking at your intake, there's nothing wrong with the caloric intake. Probably your body was just craving fat, which is good for you, and healthy fat is found in cheese.

    The crisps are not part of a healthy food, but I seriously doubt eating all of 1300 kcal will do you any harm. You might (probably) increase water weight due to higher sodium, but drink extra water and it'll pass within two or three days.

    Besides, a lot of people subscribe to having a 'cheat day' where you eat up your cravings and shock the body so you'll lose more weight. (In case of plateau)
