So I have working out and doing good for 6 or so weeks now, down 5 lbs. I have lost a lot of inches but not a lot of weight and I know that is bound to happen with the amount of weight that I need to lose. But I am not upset about that I would like to do it so I don't have a ton of extra skin, you know what I mean.
Anyways, I have realized that I have been losing inches in many different spots but not through out my back. I was just wondering if there is anything I can do at home or the gym that might help me with this. I know there is no way to specifically target places to burn fat but I figured that I can at least target the area that I try to tone up.
If you know of anything I can do that is great. Videos will be helpful as well

I am not sure how clear these little videos are but it's a good place to start:
