Hip Hop ABS calories

Just wondering if anyone has done Hip Hop Abs. Borrowed it from someone I work with and it is lots of fun. My HRM said I burned 334 calories in 30 minutes. I can usually burn that on the elliptical but just wanted to make sure that this is a good burn for this program. Thanks!
