Okay, so with my schedule at work it is hard to get exercise in. On my days off no problem, and I am thinking on my 10 - 7:30 days no problem. My question is, these are four days in a row so does that make a difference? I know with weight training ( I do bowflex at home) I need to skip a day to rest, but was wondering about cardio - taking three days off in a row. Can anyone give me advice on this ?:frown:

I can only speak for myself i do cardio 5 days a week plus weights and one day of the week i do body pump i dont see what extra cardio or exercise in general could be harmful. Curious to see answers that follow, there are some great people on here with alot of knowledge so guess we will both see what happens.

That would be nice, but if I don't eat my lunch I would not get my calories in, and I work in a really rough neighborhood you wouldn't want to walk around in (unless you're looking for drugs LOL). Also, I work in a store so can't really walk around there or I would be constantly having to help customers! I could walk in place in the breakroom!!
