Help!!

Options
So for the past week I have been working out once sometimes twice a day.

BUT I have NO appetite anymore, i make food and when I go to eat I feel like I am going to vomit

I've tried soup, regular food, protein snacks, oatmeal, yogurt you name it....

I am concerned because I can't eat if I try my stomach does sumersaults....

I drink over 8 glasses of water a day and have coffee, sometimes saltines crackers but that's it!!

Someone Help!

    Ummm maybe try some carnation instant breakfast or slim fast type shakes??? Anything drinkable to get your calories and protien??? At least to get you in the 'mood to eat' again... just a thought. :smile:
