Hello everyone. I am new to this site and have used weight watchers online in the past with good sucess but have yet to stick with weight loss in the past I have about 70 pounds to get back to my college weight. Have had a lot of stress in the past year and now learning not to eat as a stress reliever and hoping to keep it going.
