    Yeah. Grew tired of the show's OTT lampooning after the first season, in particular with the whole Penny(?) thing and that all nerds are socially inept/awkward. Though admittedly, being that I've married a physicist to make me feel better about my own nerdery, the show is spot on with some of it.

    Im sure theres entertaining bits and pieces of that show.
    BUT basically it makes me rage harder than anything. Like...more than Dr Oz, Will Ferrell, and Bono combined.

    According to the graphic I'm a nerd with geeky undertones, mostly I have a SERIOUS hate on for all things MAC, like Donnie Darko, Tron, and Office Space, and married my nerdy husband who I still find insanely attractive! As a sidenote, I'm with anyone that believes that idiot Will Ferrell should be banned from living. ::giggles:: I also have a tendency to spout obscure facts from my childhood/favorite movies in conversation.

    Because knowing is half the battle.

    ... The other half is bullets! I'm TOTALLY gonna have that shirt made someday when I can fit into t-shirts again! ^_~

    Oh my goodness, THANK YOU for posting this! It is hilarious!!! Honestly, we were having this conversation at work with one of the docs. We were calling him a geek (because he said something geeky) and he was like --- what... no no I'm cool! And so we said, that's why we didn't call him a nerd. lol. He was too cool to be one.

    This makes me laugh!

    BTW, I am a TOTAL geek!

    According to that page, I am a geek. But my interest is in biology/singing/medieval and Tudor history not computers.

    And the only film I like out of that lot is Lord of the Rings. But I preferred the books. And I don't watch TV.
