Motivation for Valentines Day!!! (HELP!)

I am seeking out all types of motivation and tips to be able to have progress to show by VALENTINES DAY!!! I've chosen to surprise my special someone this valentines day with progress on this weight loss (that he has no clue I'm doing right now).

Anyone have any good tips or suggestions on work outs? Eating? Anything that can go towards my progress for this special holiday coming up.
