Does anyone have any good on the more natural side beef jerkey brand they can reccommend?? I picked up great value beef jerkey from walmart but the sodium amount for one ounce is more than I usually have in a day!!! Help please I need this as a quick protein filled snack brand and place you buy it in the US is greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about the sodium too much unless you seem to have an issue with water retention. Low carb diets tend to be a bit higher in sodium, but that sodium is necessary and not evil like the many anti-salt "experts" say.
As long as the ingredients look ok, there isn't any sugar (or very little) and the carb count is something that you can live with I say go for it.0 -
Don't know if you have an Aldi nearby, but they have good beef jerky and also have really delicious turkey or beef snack sticks. I can vouch that the snack sticks are awesome. Buy the turkey ones all the time.0

Alton Brown has a really, really easy beef jerky recipe. This is far cheaper than buying ready-made jerky at the store, and you have complete control over what goes into it.
