Almond Butter Protein Balls

Just made these today for a healthy snack for my kiddos. They loved them! Probably not the best thing for me to have around because they are really addictive (I warned!) But they would be good for some healthy pre-workout energy. And they are so much better than all the other junk that kids tend to snack on.
They are a bit higher in calories, but they are real food, and full of healthy fats, protein, and fiber.
5 T. almond butter
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 scoops vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder (I use MRM brand, 87 cals and 18 g protein per scop)
1/8 c. stevia in the raw (or you could use honey)
2 T. coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together in bowl, roll into 15 balls with wet hands (so dough wont stick). Put in freezer until ready to eat.
Per serving: 99.6 calories, 5g protein, 11 g carbs, 5 g fat
