So I have decided to go vegan. Has anyone done this- success in helping lose weight??

Hello, I did a vegan challenge for 30 days during the summer. The vegansociety.com gave me recipes and other information to help me begin the challenge. I will say, I am eat vegan 20 days out of every month. During the time I went vegan in the summer, I stopped exercising so I did not lose any weight. On the good note, I did not gain any weight either. I stayed exactly the same weight for about 4 months.
Oh, by the way, I during the vegan challenge I did, I was introduced to almond milk, veggie slices (cheese), and tofurky turkey lunch meat. It is so good. I also bought a few vegan cookbooks as well. The kind diet, Daniel Fast, vegan diner and vegan scoop. Hope this helps! Good luck on your journey!
