New Year New Love Health Challenge!

Hey everyone, so I started this challenge on my blog site but I thought you all might like it too! I wanted to help people make lifestyle changes that would help them lose weight, get fit and be healthy but in a positive way. It's so easy to get down on ourselves for missing a workout, eating something we shouldn't or just generally be frustrated with the whole process. This challenge is about getting healthy physically AND emotionally so we can be proud of our new bodies, our achievements and ourselves. There's a meal plan+ grocery list (updates each week, with how much I paid for everything!), fitness ideas, prizes, and daily motivation/ goals!
Here's the info on it, I'm hoping maybe it can help+ inspire some amazing MFPers too (the big prize is open to MFP as well if you all want to join it! :)
