Full Diet Breaks

Hi all, I'm new to MFP.

I just finished reading Full Diet Breaks by Lyle McDonald and was wondering if anyone here has read it or is incorporating that into their diet approaches. If so, can you please give some feedback on your results with it.

Personally I think its a sensible concept and will consider trying it out on week 8 & 9 of 2012.
