Hello everyone! I'm Stephanie! I'm really excited to be starting a new healthy lifestyle this year! It's going to be really hard since I LOVE junk food, especially fast/fried food. I weigh 127 pounds right now, which I know is NOT a lot, but I always feel sluggish and bloated. I know this is due to my eating habits and not working out like I should. I'm hoping to just slim down a bit, gain healthy habits and gain some support along the way!
