How often do you weigh-in and when is the best time of day/week to do it?

I used to be obsessed with weighing (3+ times per day). Now I weigh every Thursday morning before a morning shower with the exact same scale every time.0

I like to weigh once a week, if not less...
I like to do it on a monday morning before I eat or do anything. I also like to make sure I'm naked while doing it... so I won't have added weight from my baggy pjs.0 -
I used to weigh myself everyday but that drove me CRAZY so I now weigh myself once a week. I have my weigh in on Wednesday morning, generally around the same time. I don't think it matters when you have your weigh in as long as you're consistent0

I find it better to weigh once a week-whatever day works best for you as long as it is the same time of the day. I become scale "obsessed" when i weigh everyday!0

My official weigh day is Thursday, but I weigh a few times a week. I'm just starting out so I'm interested in how things are going and what foods/drinks impact with water weight.
Like most here - first thing in the morning. Get up, potty, weigh, no clothes. Then I grab my first cup of coffee. Some mornings I'm too stumbly and must have coffee - or my son interrupts my schedule - I don't weigh those days because I know that once I have a nibble or sip of anything the water weight goes up.0 -
The best time is in the morning, after you've urinated and before you've showered.0

I just weigh in whenever lol! Sometimes I will do it everyday (no more than that though because I will start to obsess) sometimes every week, and sometimes every couple of weeks. It really depends on if I should expect a change on the scale, but I was happier when I could wear a 16 pant instead of an 18 than when the scale says I lose weight.0

I've been both weekly and daily. Currently I'm daily, but if I forget to weigh myself first thing in the morning and start drinking my coffee, I will blow it off until the next day. I don't freak with a gain, weight will fluctuate for oh so many reasons.0

I weigh every Monday morning after I wake up and go to the bathroom. Your weight can fluctuate too much day-to-day so I try to keep it consistant and do it at the same time every week.0

I weigh every work day and sometimes on the weekends. It doesnt bother me if I gain or stay the same, that just makes me more conscience of my dietary decisions during the say. I also like to weigh at night time sometimes just to see the difference over night0
