hey i already posted here once lol but im still not certain.....ive never ever dieted before so im not sure if this is how its supposed to be......i'm like 5'6 (1.73 meters) and i weigh around 63-60 kg. Im trying to lose about 5 kg and get down to 55-57 kg. Right now im not excercising (will start soon) and im supposed to be eating 1330 calories a day. I just made my diary public so mabe more experienced memebers could tell me if im doing something wrong cuz even though im eating around 5 times a day , drinking 8 glasses of water and not starving myself im hungryy all the time. like for example ,i had some crackers 2 hours ago for a snack and im sooo hungry but dinner not for an hour yet and i've only got 500 more calories for today so if i eat right now i;ll most likely go over my calorie limit after dinner+a snack before bed. i also feel kind of light headed, not like im gonna pass out but a sort of light, persistant headache....i've had this feeling ever since i started this (like 4 days ago and im already frustrated) and i never , ever get headaches normally. the last thing i want if for my body to go into starvation mode , but am i supposed to feel this hungry??i set my weight loss so i'd lose a pound a week, so its not much....i guess it all boils down to the question "am i supposed to feel like this when im trying to lose wieght , is it normal or is it a sign my body needs more calories" a part of me is cerain im just weak and my body needs to get used to this but another part says my body is trying to tell me im not feeding it enough. which is it?? ugh im confused!
