Can we have a sticky of some properly substantiated refutations of the myths that are out there.
I would like to start with -
Tea and coffee do not dehydrate you. Your water intake for the day does not have to be water.
(Not diet related but) Hitler was NOT a vegetarian.
Does anyone else have any they would like to add?

Just looking at a couple of titles of posts - eating after 7pm and not eating breakfast will cause weight gain. Oh and 6 smaller meals speed metabolism.0
