I am confused and I was hoping someone could answer my question. My calorie limit is 1500 and I exercised and burned 485 calories today so it subtracted the caloric intake. Does that mean I can eat 485 calories more today to reach my 1500 limit?? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, clearly when you move more, you need more fuel. If you weren't intended to eat those calories, it wouldn't add them to your goal.0

Yes, MFP has it figured out for you, if it says you have this many calories remaining you should eat those calories. However, be wary of exercise calories, unless you have a HRM they can be inaccurate. Usually I give myself about 100 calories of cushioning.0
